Giants moves: Belt activated, Parker optioned

The Giants activated 1B Brandon Belt off the 7-day DL and optioned OF Jarrett Parker to Fresno. Parker's MLB service time thus far is one day.

San Jose: OF Ryan Lollis assigned from Richmond to San Jose.
