Richmond placed LHP Bryce Bandilla on the DL (retro April 10) and activated RHP Jose Casilla from the DL.
Also, a clarification on Fresno's early roster moves. C Tyler LaTorre started the season on the team's roster and moved to "extended spring training" when the team signed OF Javier Herrera. LaTorre rejoined the active roster when Mark Minicozzi went on the DL.
Augusta added OF Devin Harris to the roster, from "extended spring training." The team also announced it activated LHP Steven Messner and RHP Carlos Alvarado from the DL. I never knew they were on the DL in the first place.
