LHP Jeremy Affeldt is rehabbing in Fresno and made the start Friday night at Las Vegas.
Arizona claimed OF Roger Kieschnick off waivers, thus he is gone from the Giants organization. He was DFA'd in one of the last roster moves last Sunday.
The Giants also signed OF Javier Herrera and assigned him to Fresno. The Grizzlies are now at a full 25-man roster.
