The Giants traded RHP Cody Hall (who was DFA) to Arizona for a player to be named later. Hall was designated for assignment when the team signed OF Denard Span.
Baseball America reports the Giants re-signed OF Darren Ford to a minor league deal. BA also reports the team signed RHP Vin Mazzaro, most recently of Atlanta.
And, CSN Bay Area reports the team singed former Giant LHP Mike Kickham.
Minor league INF Carlos Triunfel signed with Cincinnati.
