On Sunday, Sacramento (AAA) placed C Andrew Susac on the inactive list after taking a foul ball to the hand.
C Ben Turner has been assigned from San Jose (A) to Sacramento.
C Adam Sonabend has been assigned to San Jose. Sonabend signed as an undrafted free agent (Eastern Michigan) last fall.
