Fresno: activated OF Juan Perez (who was optioned on 8/10); removed INF Adalberto Santos from roster (not sure if he was assigned to extended roster or another team); C Hector Sanchez starts another rehab assignment.
Richmond: placed LHP Ryan Bradley on the DL (ingrown toenail); activated LHP Jack Snodgrass from DL (I did not indicate in the last update that his DL assignment was retroactive to August 5).
San Jose: activated INF Brian Ragira from the DL; assigned INF Scott Price to Augusta.
