The Giants sent RHP Santiago Casilla to San Jose on a MLB rehab assignment.
Fresno activated LHP Jose DePaula and C Andrew Susac off the DL. RHP Jorge Bucardo was sent to the extended roster; C Trevor Brown was assigned to San Jose, then placed on the reserve list.
