The Giants claimed RHP Hunter Strickland from the Pirates and placed them on the 40-man roster. Strickland was then optioned to San Jose (A+). The little Giants have not announced a corresponding roster move, but their first game is Thursday.
The Giants are finally at a full 40-man roster.
