Giants org moves: Augusta

Augusta activated RHP Raymundo Montero and OF Rafael Rodriguez from the DL. The team also placed RHP Nick Vander Tuig and RHP Chase Johnson on the DL. Also, OF Randy Ortiz has been sent to extended spring training.
