Fresno placed P Mason Tobin on the DL. The team also activated OF Francisco Peguero from the DL. The team also added P Tom Vessella from AA Richmond (however, Vessella is on the DL until at least July 27).
The team has not officially announced P Austin Fleet joining the team from San Jose. However, P Eric Surkamp is expected to pitch for the Giants on Tuesday.
