Pill to rehab in Fresno

Brett Pill will be playing in Fresno, starting opening day at first base while on MLB rehab.

P Shane Loux is physically in Fresno, but not yet on the roster. P Brett Bochy remains in Arizona on extended spring training, working out an injury.
