"The Clenbuterol Kid" Guillermo Mota arrived in Fresno on Saturday, joining the Grizzlies roster to rehab before becoming eligible to rejoin the Giants from the restricted list on August 28. He wears #59.
Also, the Grizzlies activated P Brian Burres and placed P Clayton Tanner on the DL. Burres also swapped uniform numbers with rehabbing P Shane Loux. Burres now dons #26, while Loux wears #16 (this is the third number for Loux; he began the year wearing #15).
And, Eric Hacker, recalled by the Giants on Friday, switched numbers with the big club, from #51 (which he wore for his one-game stint earlier this year, now worn by Justin Christian) to #52.
